

My WHY: It's Not A Diet,
It's A Lifestyle Change.
My weight loss journey started at birth. I was a 10 pound baby and grew up as a chubby child. At my highest weight post-pregnancy, I was 225 pounds. After going to Weight Watchers, I lost 85 pounds. That was 20 years ago and I work every day to keep it off, which is hard work! With good eating habits, exercise and support you can also lose weight and keep it off! Medication can help with weight loss, but LIFESTYLE changes are what is going to KEEP WEIGHT OFF! This is what I do when I support you as your provider. We find ways to help incorporate lifestyle changes that YOU like to keep you at a weight you are happy with!
